• Can I have two domain names pointing to the same website?
  Yes, you can have multiple domain names pointing to the same website. This is called domain parking, and is useful if you want to register a common misspelling of your domain name or another domain name that is very close to yours. This service is available for only $6 per month.
• How much will it cost to recover my data from my crashed hard drive?
  This is the sixty four thousand dollar question, and one of the most common. It is also the most difficult to answer. Webware's data recovery fees are far lower than most of the other services on the Internet. The cost for recovering data due to a lost hard disk can vary greatly. If there is no physical damage to your drive, and your data has been lost to a virus, accidental format, or lost boot partition, recovery fees are often less than $500, depending upon the amount of data to be recovered. If the drive has physical damage, such as not powering up, making a clicking sound, or if Fdisk does not recognize the drive, then it must be sent to the clean room for recovery. This is far more time intensive, and data recovery costs run from $1500 and up, depending on the amount of data to be recovered.
